Our surgery-based practice nursing service provides a full range of nursing and health promotion services.
Appointments are available each weekday at both sites for the removal of stitches, ear syringing, dressings, immunisations, vaccinations (both travel and routine), ECGs and any other referrals arranged by the doctor

Healthcare Assistants
Our healthcare assistant can perfom a wide range of clinical procedures such as taking blood, measuring blood pressures and doing heart tracings (ECGs).
Practice Management
Our practice manager is in overall charge of the day-to-day running of the practice. He will be happy to hear your views and suggestions about the services offered by the practice.
Community Nurses
Community Nurses work with your doctor in providing home care as required.
They can be contacted through the surgery or at the Central Clinic nearby on 01563 545700.
Health Visitors
Our health visiting service attend the homes of children before they transfer to school, ensuring children are growing and developing well and providing support for parents and carers.
They can support with infant feeding, weaning, sleep, behaviour and toilet training issues.
They also provide social support and signposting for housing problems, parental mental health, domestic abuse and substance misuse.

Your Mental Health Practtitioners, Marie & Emma can offer assessment and provide guidance for adults who are experiencing mental health difficulties.
Community Connector
Your Community Connector, Michelle can provide a responsive and holistic service for clients, providing advice, information and assistance tailored to the client's needs. Community connectors help empower people to better manage their social wellbeing through combating isolation, providing motivation for lifestyle change, building confidence and support networks, and linking to practical resource sand helping people navigate additional services.
Welfare Advice and Health Partnership
Providing advice and support to patients and staff. The Financial Inclusion Team are a Welfare Advice Service. Your practice advisor, Tracey, can support by ensuring patients receive full advice and assistance relating to entitlement.
